Each pair is handcrafted from a material called polymer clay, which is a moldable polymer mixture that will harden when cured.

All earrings are made lovingly by hand. This means that color, texture, and shape may vary per piece. Kindly understand that slight imperfections and variations may occur.

Once cured, polymer clay becomes incredibly light weight. Each earring weighs only a few grams, which is less than the weight of a quarter!

Polymer clay is very durable and can be quite flexible! This material is a form of vinyl (or PVC) plastic, which is commonly used for plumbing, flooring, and even medical tubing, among other things.

These earrings are made last, however, they should still be treated with care. Please don’t try to bend them! Leave the durability testing to me.

We all want happy ears right? That’s why I try my best to offer a range of different hardware styles that use less irritating materials.

The standard posts that I use are made from titanium, while ball posts and hoops are made from surgical stainless steel (gold/silver plated). Both of these materials can be helpful to those with sensitive ears.

There are some cases where other materials are used, so always be sure to read the product description of each pair for specific hardware details.

I recommend the following care tips:

• To clean dirt and smudges, gently wipe with a damp q-tip.

• Store in a clean dry area and avoid direct sunlight.

• Lay flat or hang to prevent bending or other damage.

• Do not submerge in water.

• Keep away from hot surfaces.
